Eleni Freund is a healthcare product leader who has spent her career building and scaling digital and data products across healthcare organizations.

Most recently, Eleni was Senior Director of Product Management at Stellar Health, where she led user-facing and data platform product teams over her tenure, and created and ran the company's Product Operations function. She built and scaled provider-facing products across two areas: total cost of care, including Stellar's Transitions of Care product, and quality improvement, spanning Annual Wellness Visits, Quality Screenings, and Medication Adherence. She also led data integration work across payer claims and ADT feeds, the infrastructure those products depend on. 

Previously, Eleni led data science product at Remedy Partners, where she brought machine learning solutions to market for the Bundled Payments for Care Improvement Advanced (BPCI-A) model, including patient eligibility identification and readmission risk.

Earlier in her career, Eleni was a healthcare consultant at PwC, advising payer and provider clients on data integrations, product management, and emerging technologies. 

Across her work, Eleni turns complex problems into practical solutions that work for both end users and the organizations that deploy them. She holds an MPH from Columbia University and a BA from the University of South Florida.
