Fawn Bradshaw brings over a decade of experience in driving innovation and business growth through process optimization, machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence. As the Vice President of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Strategy at MettaHealth Partners, Fawn develops customized solutions for health and human service organizations by identifying profitable and sustainable AI/ML use cases.

Before joining MettaHealth Partners, Fawn served as Senior Director of Strategic Solutions at C3 AI. In her role, she advised executives on predictive analytics and Generative AI applications designed to drive revenue growth, lower costs and improve operational efficiency. Her work included enhancing sales processes, forecasting, and accelerating R&D.

Fawn’s career began at The Dow Chemical Company, where she held various roles in operations, supply chain management and business development. Some of her notable contributions included developing algorithms to automate process equipment and automating work processes through robotics process automation (RPA). Her diverse background has given her a well-rounded perspective on how to integrate technology into business strategies to achieve efficiencies and measurable growth.

Fawn holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering from The Ohio State University. Outside of work, she is an advocate for education. She has tutored over 155 students in the Chicago public school system and serves as a leadership development coach and speaker. In her free time, Fawn enjoys playing pickleball, hiking, and exploring Chicago’s vibrant food scene.
