Hita Reddy is an Analyst supporting MettaHealth Partners’ work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and public health systems. She previously served as a Health Policy and AI Intern with the organization, contributing to research on emerging technologies, healthcare policy developments, and digital health strategy.

Drawing on experience across healthcare technology start-ups and hospital systems, Hita brings strengths in operational analysis, data-driven decision support, and workflow evaluation. Her work has included managing complex proposal processes, supporting infrastructure and operational planning for digital health platforms, conducting financial and cost analyses within hospital environments, and analyzing healthcare systems and equipment operations to inform process improvements. She also has experience translating technical concepts into practical insights for diverse stakeholders and coordinating initiatives that support technology adoption and organizational learning.

Hita holds a Master of Health Administration from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Anna University. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys painting and photography and values creativity as a way to explore new perspectives.
